KMS Bookkeeping 4 Truckers provides the following services to owner operators and independent truck drivers for a low monthly cost of $68.00.

Monthly Bookkeeping Services – We make accounting simple.  All you need to do is put your out of pocket receipts and settlement statements in an envelope and mail it to us at the end of each month. After receiving your information, we will promptly summarize, record, and post your settlement statements, out of pocket expenses, truck payments and depreciation when applicable into a monthly income statement. You will receive your income statement via mail, or
e-mail on a monthly basis. Our goal is to ensure that you have accurate financial information about your company any time you need it.

Prepare Estimated Tax Payments - If you are operating as an independent contractor, you are required to pay estimated taxes. These taxes are due on the 15th of January, April, June and September. We will prepare your estimated tax payments on a quarterly basis to comply with federal and state tax regulations. Making timely estimates is very important to avoid underpayment tax penalties. Many truck drivers don’t know how much estimated tax to pay during the year, or when to make the payments. We will handle this problem for you.

Preparation of Year End Federal and State Tax Returns – We will prepare your tax returns at the end of each year. We have the capabilities to prepare returns in every state. We will either mail you your tax returns or file them electronically, making it extremely easy and convenient for truck drivers.
