Incorporation Services
The cost is $235, plus your State filing fees.

Corporate Kits 
Required by all “C” and “S” Corporations and all New York Corporations.  Includes Stock Certificates, and Stock Ledger, (place for Corporate Minutes and Corporate Seal).  
The cost is $75, including shipping.

Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) The cost to apply for your EIN number $20

Registered Agent 
Only necessary under very extreme circumstances, normally you can act as your own Registered Agent.
The cost is $125 per year
